An interesting text about an interesting text – Driving in the City (via Urban Cultural Studies blog). My question about this and similar kinds of texts is to ask, ‘what can or should planning/planners do with this?’ What if we shifted our analytical method from the Cartesian and Euclidian to the Spinozist and Deluezian? What could this mean for the way we think about land use, the everyday and its relation to embodiment?
